Editing - Digital Art

I know that some photographers say that too much processing ruins a photograph. I'm not saying it's wrong nor am I saying that it's the only way to go. I believe that creativity knows no bounds and turning one's photograph into Digital Art is not wrong, some may like while others may not.

It does not matter what others say, just make sure that you have a clean image to work with and just let your imagination soar.

Here's my first attempt at making something else out of a photograph:

It's not perfect, but it's something to start to further my pursuit of this wonderful hobby.
